The only quarternary care center for epilepsy in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast since its inception in 1990, the Center is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art, comprehensive epilepsy treatment. This includes education for patients and physicians, as well as, promoting multidisciplinary epilepsy research.  The Center hosts several clinical research trials each year for investigational medications and devices.
